Tired of the same old workout? Dance fitness is a new and exciting way to increase flexibility, muscle tone, balance, and coordination. Yoga, ballet, pilates, jazz, latin dancing, and other various techniques are put together in a fitness program that is both fun and effective. Each hour consists of a warm-up, stretching, toning exercises, and some basic choreography to get you moving!
